This project will help eliminate the hassle of running into hospital staff shortages due to road conditions, poor transportation systems, and other economical hardship that has threatened the overall welfare and survivability of many Liberians.
The objective of the Staff Housing Project
- Efficient operation of the hospital.
- Lodging for visiting physicians volunteers.
- Maintenance of quality patient care.
- Lodging of interns.
- Promote quality employee workmanship.
The 47 Units Housing project is intended to be used for the dwelling place for employees working at the hospital and visiting medical personnel who volunteer to come and perform medical procedures on patients admitted at the hospitals. Having our hospital employess living at the staff housing will allow for an effective day-to-day operation of the hospital and patients care. It will also eliminate transportation hassle caused by poor road conditions that could prevent workers from making it to work as scheduled. The estimated budget for this project is $325,000 US dollars.
Monthly rent will be automatically deducted from the salary of Employees residing at Ma-Juah’s Staff Housing. The deducted rental payment can then be allocated towards other pending projects on the organization’s list.
