The objective of the Education Scholarship Project
- Tuition assistance.
- Honor students sponsorship through college.
- Improve national literacy rate.
- Create education opportunity for women and children.
- Promote competitive academic achievements.
The organization currently has a total of 61 students on its scholarship program. Of the 61 recipients, 27 are college students, 16 are high school students, and the remaining 18 are elementary students. The list increases each year, and the hope is to accept as many students as possible into the scholarship programs with help from sponsors and donors. Students on the scholarship program are expected to maintain a required level of academic excellence year-round or they can lose their placement. College students are required to maintain a 3.0 GPA, while elementary and high schoolers are to maintain a GPA of 80% and above. We will need to raise $50,000 each year, in order to sponsor all of beneficiaries including new applicants from Kindergarten through college.
